Located near the front entrance of campus, the Sigma and West Lodge complexes feature a hotel-style living space with privately shared bathrooms in each room. Both complexes have a laundry facility with complimentary washers and dryers, as well as easy access to parking lots, a fire pit, a recreation room, the CEC cafeteria and the James Center for Molecular and Life Sciences. The Sigma and West Lodge complexes are Large Pet Housing. While all residence halls are non-smoking, please note that these complexes are completely non-smoking environments, which includes outdoor balconies and courtyards.
- All rooms in Sigma and West Lodge are triple occupancy. Each student is provided one bed, one dresser, one closet/wardrobe, one desk, and one desk chair.
- Room dimensions in each complex are approximately 12′ x 22′, and a 12′ x 6′ bathroom.
- It is important to note the following when purchasing sheets for your home away from home: All rooms in Sigma and West Lodge have Extra Long Twin Mattress – 36’’ wide x 80’’ long
