Eckerd students in any major are eligible for automatic admission to Stetson University’s law program and to receive at least 25% of tuition a year in scholarship for each year of the program provided that they:
- have good academic standing;
- have completed at least 90 semester hours of coursework, with at least 30 semester hours completed through Eckerd College;
- have a minimum cumulative 3.5 GPA at the time of application;
- have a minimum LSAT score at the 50th percentile of the most recent class to matriculate at the College of Law;
- meet the College of Law’s character and fitness requirements.
Students with higher GPAs and LSAT scores may be eligible for higher scholarship levels. Stetson’s College of Law offers concentrations in Elder Law, Environmental Law, International Law, and Social Justice Advocacy and is well known in the field of Higher Education Law.
