The Office of Community Standards aims to promote a safe and respectful community through identifying acceptable standards of behavior, establishing clear communication, and building strong relationships. Empathy, compassion and respect are consistently practiced through the various avenues in which our office operates.
A holistic approach
We prioritize the well-being and growth of our students, striving to guide them toward responsible and ethical choices. At the forefront of our practice are a focus on diplomacy and crisis management and the ability to navigate complex and sensitive conversations with both students and families. Our approach extends beyond the boundaries of academia and student affairs, for we recognize the importance of collaboration and understanding across various departments within our community.
We embrace a forward-thinking and an inclusive mindset, continuously seeking innovative measures to foster a campus environment deeply rooted in the principles of education. Our holistic approach acknowledges the interconnectedness of individuals and their experiences, as we work toward comprehensive solutions that address the multifaceted needs of our community.
Promoting just resolutions
As advocates for fairness and integrity, we provide consultation and oversight of the student conduct process, ensuring adherence to established policies and procedures. Ensuring a thorough review of presented evidence, rationale behind decisions rendered and promoting fair resolution.
